SENIOR SOUS CHEF UP TO £45K PER YEAR

As the sous chef you will 

– serve fresh modern cuisine with ever changing seasonal ingredients
– work with a team of highly experienced Chefs who share your passion for quality food
– coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef & communicate thoroughly with the rest of the brigade
– prepare frequently used ingredients to high & consistent standards of presentation
– ensure efficient service & bring driving energy to the team
– be fully in charge of your own station & suggest new ways of presenting dishes
– ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and kept up

– support your entire team & multitask / think on your feet during service
– help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
