My international client requires a Showroom Receptionist/Administrator to join their office for a 2 to 3 month period

Responsibilities:

– Greet customers at reception when they arrive and make them feel welcome when needed.

– Unpacking samples

– Steam the samples

– Price the samples

– Help to re-stock merchandise in the showrooms after every customer

– Serve coffee, tea, refreshments, and food to our customers when needed.

– Clear empty plates, cups, and glasses from showroom tables so it doesn’t get in the way of their shopping experience.

– Keep the showroom service area clean and organized.

– Utilising Database

The hours will be 8 am-4 pm – Monday to Friday
