We have an amazing opportunity to join our nationwide retail team as an Assistant Shop Manager.

We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager with a real flair for retailing. You will be responsible for supporting your Shop Manager to drive sales and profits through leading great teams of volunteers to attract and retain customers and generate stock. The great thing about this role is that you never know what stock is coming through the door each day!

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience in the retail sector
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Ideally you will have the ability to network and build relationships within the community to assist with stock generation
