Adecco Chester is recruiting for our luxury travel client, for an excellent Sales Support Administrator at their offices in the centre of Chester.

This is a hybrid role WFH on Monday and Friday and in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Pay: £10 per hour – £10.76 per hour

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with 1:4 Saturdays (this day is given back in lieu)

Temp for 12 weeks + with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This role would suit an administrator looking to progress into an exciting luxury travel role or this could be an excellent stepping stone into office based work for any top quality retail, ex cabin crew or hospitality candidates.

The Private client sector of this client would like to complete their small team with the last Client Services Assistant – ideal candidates will be friendly, personable with a good phone manner, highly responsible, hardworking and keen to progress.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and over the phone.

This is not a sales position, the role is a back office role to support the sales staff in finding out key information from their customers and to pass this back to the team. The role is described at “Sprinkling fairy dust on a booking!”

Candidates will also be confirming hotel bookings, double check flight seat information and invoicing so attention to detail is paramount.
