Pay Rates:

£11.00 to £12.00 per hour paye

£12.00 to £13.00 per hour (paye inclusive of holiday pay)

£13.00 to £14.00 per hour Umbrella

*rates dependant on relevant skill and experience

Working Days and Hours: Part Time: 22.5 hours per week. Work days to be discussed and confirmed with the successful candidate.

Job summary

To deliver a high quality, professional administrative service in all appropriate requirements fitting the role of Personal Assistant. Ensuring tasks are carried out with a high level of accuracy and an appropriate level of business etiquette.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of communication and promote a positive image of the Chief Executive Office
  • Provide information and answer queries via email and telephone in a professional manner
  • Ability to exhibit a calm and professional manner when dealing with clients and colleagues alike
  • Adhere to policies and procedures including the confidentiality policy and the data protection act
  • Keep accurate and updated files, records and reports
  • Show a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
  • Capturing of meeting minutes in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Collating and circulating official documents to responsible parties
  • To be responsible for coordinating diaries of senior managers and arranging meeting rooms
  • Ability to work unsupervised delivering on the role requirements
  • Ensure confidential commercial records are handled with appropriate care and security

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    Competent user of a variety of Microsoft Office programmes

    Prior experience in a similar PA / EA role

    Competent minute taking experience

    Ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting demands
