An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 5 Occupational Therapist to work across our Community Rehabilitation Team and Urgent Community Response Team. The role focuses on providing rehabilitation to patients in care homes that have recently been discharged from hospital and then supporting them back home with the Urgent Community Response Team. This role is fast paced and the successful candidate will need to be dynamic, have excellent communication skills and strong clinical reasoning. The post is across the Tiverton and Cullompton Cluster 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
