Are you an Environmental / sustainability Manager or ESG manager with a real estate background? Perhaps you are one of the above who is looking to get a foot hold into the real estate sector.

This is your chance to join a global fast-growing commercial real estate firm. Ideally Based in London, but any UK location will be considered including home working. Although flexibility to travel for both external and internal meetings is a must.

Working as part of the UK operations you will hold the position of Sustainability / ESG Manager, in this role you will have equal responsibilities across the Environmental and sustainability function and therefore you will have a robust and balanced knowledge base, thus allowing you to thrive within this role.

As Sustainability / ESG Manager You will work closely with the Corporate Responsibility Manager, Environmental Manager and wider Sustainability Team, driving UK initiatives throughout the wider business. You will ideally have 2-5 years’ worth of knowledge within the sector and be the ready to champion the environmental initiatives throughout this fast-growing organisation.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for helping manage and implement the wider businesses environmental strategy, ensuring continued sustainable development across the organisation, you will achieve this by assisting and support other areas of the business with organisational sustainability targets, alongside developing programmes to support the Net Zero Carbon strategy.

In conjunction with the above you will work closely with colleagues and key internal stake holders on the management and improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS). You will also be tasked with helping to support the ISO14001 Environmental Management System which includes internal and external audits, maintain legal register, visit other buildings, identify and deliver practical improvements to align with the company Net Zero Carbon Strategy.

As the successful candidate you will have previous exposure to BREEAM/LEED/SKA/WELL, Ideally, you may even be a qualified BREEAM/LEED/SKA/WELL Assessor, with Sustainable Procurement knowledge and experience.
