We are once again delighted to be working in partnership with our prestigious client Atos. We are recruiting for customer service respresentatives. These are temporary full-time positions based in Glasgow Pacific Quay which will start asap

Payrate is £10 per hour – Increasing to £10.61 after training. Full time variable Shifts

This is a position which requires full flexibility as it is based on shift work (various shifts available).

As a Switchboard Operator, you will be working as part of a team within a professional environment where you need to be open to change and willing to take on new challenges to meet high level of service the Atos brand delivers.

You will be the first point of contact dealing with a variety of inbound calls;

Identifying and providing appropriate information to callers.

Capture and record details of customers information and enquiries including complaints/feedback.

Attend training sessions to update knowledge as new efficiencies are introduced.

Continuously contribute to the improvement of business standards and performance.

In order to successful as a customer service representative, you will need to:

Be flexible with the ability to adapt across teams and processes.

Have clear and concise written, verbal and email skills.

Follow all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements, completing all relevant training.

Dealing with a variety of ad hoc duties.
