Ganymede Solutions have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Derby. Working with our experienced perm team, your role will be to source and conduct in depth interviews of candidates, and manage their expectations & experience to ensure they are fully satisfied with our service before potentially entering work with one of our key clients within the engineering sector.

  “Now we have your attention” – As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have a desired background as a Recruitment Resourcer, recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter or via a recruitment agency, where you will have previously worked on multiple vacancies at once or alternatively a similar fast paced customer facing role (face to face or via telephone). Although experience within recruitment would be desirable, we are open to hearing from you if you feel you would like to challenge yourself in recruitment!

Successful work is rewarded at Ganymede Solutions with an uncapped commission scheme, realistic OTE from year 1 onwards supported by a competitive basic salary ranging from £22,000 – £28,000 (DOE – depending on experience), various company incentives throughout the year, annual awards ceremonies, trips to the races and abroad for top performers!
